Mastering the Art of Paying Your Gap Credit Card Bill
If you often shop at Gap or its affiliated stores, getting a Gap credit card could be beneficial. Not only does it give you more time to pay for your purchases, but you can also earn rewards with the Gap Good Rewards card or the Gap Good Rewards Mastercard issued by Barclays.
You can use your Gap credit card at Gap, Banana Republic, Old Navy, Athleta, and their outlet stores. The Gap Mastercard is accepted anywhere that takes Mastercard payments.
To keep your account in good standing, make sure to pay your bills by the due date. You can pay your Gap credit card bill online, by mail, or by phone, but not in stores. Here’s how you can make your payments:
**Online Payment:**
To pay online, you need to register your account on the Barclays website. Here’s the process:
1. Go to the login page for Gap credit cards issued by Barclays.
2. Click on “Set up online account.”
3. Enter the last four digits of your Social Security number, your account number, and your current occupation to verify your identity.
4. Click “Continue” and follow the prompts to register your account.
5. Once registered, log in with your username and password, and follow the prompts to make your payment.
**Payment by Mail:**
You can also mail your payment. Write a check or money order for at least the minimum payment due. Include the payment coupon from your billing statement or note your account number on the check. Mail your payment to one of the following addresses, depending on your card type:

**Payment by Phone:**
To pay by phone, have your credit card number, bank account number, and bank routing number ready. If your card is issued by Barclays, call 866-383-5315. Note that there might be a fee for payments made through a customer service representative.
**Late Fees:**
If you miss a payment, you’ll incur a late fee. For cards issued by Barclays, the late fee can be up to $41.
